What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (Builder Side, not Client)
Exposure to new-build projects across sectors such as retail, education, or healthcare
Strong financial and programme management capability
Exceptional stakeholder and team leadership skills
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction or related discipline
