Job Description
Carma is seeking a Head of Customer Operations to own strategy, performance and continuous improvement of our customer operations.
Lead Customer Service, Delivery and Escalations to deliver exceptional CX at scale in a fast-paced, growing setting.
You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Buying and Production, build high-performing teams, and mentor leaders to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
This 12-month fixed-term contract supports parental leave coverage.
