Arcare Aged Care is seeking a Quality Support Officer to support Residence Managers across NSW/ACT, including travel to Central Coast 2-3 days per week.
You will help maintain systems, audit and report findings, and mentor staff in quality and compliance within our aged care workplace.
The role emphasizes accreditation readiness, staff education, and contributing to continuous quality improvements across multiple residences.
Australian working rights and an NDIS screening check are required.
