Step into a leadership position where you'll own the full picture – client strategy, team development, and technical oversight.
You'll join a high-performing Business Services team partnering with established private groups across industries such as construction, healthcare, professional services, and technology.
The focus is on delivering proactive, high-value advice – structuring, performance analysis, forecasting, and tax strategy are part of everyday conversations, not annual check-ins.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of key clients, lead relationships, and review work prepared by seniors and intermediates.
You'll also collaborate closely with Partners on broader business planning and process improvement, contributing beyond your immediate portfolio.
There's scope to mentor junior staff, manage workflows, and influence team operations.

What You'll Be Doing




Managing a portfolio of complex SMEs and high-net-worth groups
Overseeing tax compliance, management reporting, and strategic advisory work
Supporting juniors and seniors in technical development and workflow management
Leading client discussions on business direction, tax planning, and commercial decisions
Working closely with Partners on growth strategy and operational input
Building your external presence and professional brand in the Sydney market
What You'll Need
Experience managing client groups and leading a small team
Strong knowledge of tax compliance and advisory for mid-market businesses
Interest in client strategy and long-term relationship building
Confidence managing deadlines and mentoring staff
