Your Mission

Operate the Caravan to a high skilled standard, adhering to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
n
Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight duties, including performance planning, weight and balance, weather and NOTAM review, and accurate flight logs.
n
Manage IFR and VFR operations with robust situational awareness and disciplined decision-making.
n
Maintain clear, customer-focused communication with operations, ground teams, and passengers.
n
Champion a proactive safety culture through reporting, checklist discipline, and adherence to the Safety Management System.

What You'll Bring

Total Time: 700 hours minimum
n
License Required: CPL + IR
n
Accepted Licenses: CASA
n
Medical: Class 1
n
ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
n
Type Rating: Not required — training provided
n
Consistent airmanship, sound judgement, and strong adherence to procedures.
n
Professional communication skills and a team-first mindset.
