Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight duties, including performance planning, weight and balance, weather and NOTAM review, and accurate flight logs.

Manage IFR and VFR operations with robust situational awareness and disciplined decision-making.

Maintain clear, customer-focused communication with operations, ground teams, and passengers.

Champion a proactive safety culture through reporting, checklist discipline, and adherence to the Safety Management System.
