Senior Architect/ Associate - High End Houses

Join a boutique practice and work on exceptional projects.

Seeking a talented architect to work on high end private residential projects.

n

You will have a minimum of 10 years proven experience in similar roles, including 3 years local experience gained on private residential projects (ideally in Sydney), and a successful track record in running small to medium projects from start to finish. Excellent communication skills are a must, as well solid design, delivery and client facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Provide outstanding client service on high-budget houses and other boutique projects
n
Lead projects from start to completion (including technical aspects)
n
Work closely with others and mentor junior team members
n
Ensure timely and high quality documentation and detailing
n




Ensure highest quality design is delivered through to the final details and finishes
n
Work closely with clients and team members
n

n

Skills and Experience

n

n
Minimum of 10 years' experience including some Australian experience dealing with consultants and approval processes.
n
Valuable design eye - able to work through design development
n
Past local experience on high budget private residential projects
n
Outstanding record for leading projects through all phases including detailed documentation and delivery.
n
Revit
n
