This role involves supporting a quadriplegic client in their home.
Morning shifts involve 2 staff assisting together for approximately 3 hours per shift.
Key responsibilities
Hoisting/transfers using a sling lifter
Personal care and hygiene assistance
Assisting with morning routine and getting ready for the day
Supporting client dignity, comfort, and independence
About you
Studying nursing or currently working as an AIN/support worker
Compassionate, professional, and dependable
Comfortable with personal care tasks
Experience with manual handling and hoisting preferred (training can be discussed)
Positive communication skills and ability to work within a small team
