About the Role
AsStore Manager, you'll take the reins in driving store performance, inspiring your team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience for every rider who walks through our doors.
You'll oversee:
Sales growth and profitability




Inventory accuracy and visual merchandising
Staff leadership, coaching, and rostering
Local area marketing and community partnerships
Upholding our ***** Sales & Service standards
This is a hands‐on leadership role where your ability to motivate, plan and execute will make a real impact.
About You
You're a confident communicator, natural leader, and passionate equestrian who thrives in a fast‐paced retail environment.
You'll bring:
Strong equine knowledgeand genuine love for the horse industry
Proven experience managing a retail team and achieving sales targets
Excellent customer service and merchandising skills
Strong computer literacy and analytical skills (POS, Excel, reporting tools)
A collaborative, can‐do attitude that embodies our values ofPeople, Passion and Performance
