The Position
Identify, qualify and target new business opportunities
Build relationships and develop trust with SME and multisite decision makers
Ask the right questions to truly understand potential customer needs
Assist to tailor solutions to drive business growth and deliver service excellence
Develop and report a robust sales pipeline and manage the sales cycle
Work closely with internal teams and maintain accurate records to support successful outcomes
And, most importantly, be confident to ask for the business!
The Requirements
Naturally competitive nature and confident communication style
Strong commercial acumen and the emotional intelligence to navigate high-stakes conversations




Experience in a people engagement role with a focus on new and repeat business outcomes
Ability to achieve results in a remote working structure
Enjoy having accountability for results and reaping the rewards of success
