We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused bartender/barista to join our Food & Beverage team.

Key responsibilities
Deliver friendly and professional guest service
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails
Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
Process orders and payments accurately
Assist with restaurant and event service as required, event and hotel conference set up is an additional benefit to the applicant
Ensure responsible service of alcohol practices are followed
Contribute to a positive team culture
Have a guest focused approach vs a task focused approach
Previous hotel experience is ideal, however not necessary
