This is a varied role combining property management, client relationships and business development. You will be responsible for managing a residential rental portfolio while also identifying opportunities to grow the rent roll and build long-term relationships with property owners.

We are also open to experienced Assistant Property Managers who are interested in career progression.

Key responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential properties from end to end
Maintain strong and professional relationships with landlords and tenants
Conduct routine inspections and follow up on maintenance and repairs
Manage leasing, renewals, arrears and general tenancy matters
Coordinate trades, contractors and maintenance requests
Conduct ingoing and outgoing condition reports
Handle notices, compliance requirements and general property management administration
Communicate effectively with owners and provide regular updates
Assist with property appraisals and rental assessments
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation and changes to rental laws

Experienced in residential property management




Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and trades
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Robust in communication and negotiation
Proactive and able to work independently
Customer-focused and committed to providing exceptional service
Confident handling difficult conversations and resolving issues professionally
Motivated by achieving results and growing a rent roll
Familiar with Victorian residential tenancy legislation and property management processes
