Communicate Clearly: Keep customers informed on timelines, deliveries, and updates.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with sales reps and offices nationwide to enhance service and inventory.
Solve Problems:



Tackle challenges head-on and ensure customer satisfaction every step of the way.
2+ years of customer service or administration experience.
Confident communicator with a great phone manner.
Organised and tech-savvy (MS Office skills a must!).
Have an extremely high attention to detail.
Passionate about delivering top-tier customer service.
A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Bonus: Engineering qualification is a plus!
