Thinktank is seeking a Technology Support Analyst to act as the internal escalation point and technical authority for IT support services delivered via our MSP. Reporting to the Head of Cyber Security, you’ll oversee MSP performance and govern identity and endpoint settings to improve service delivery.
This hands‑on role suits someone who enjoys ownership, problem‑solving and challenging vendors to achieve the best outcomes in a hybrid work setting.
