We are seeking a Casual Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our team at our Doncaster store. This is a casual role, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and other commitments. As a Jewellery Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting our customers in finding the perfect piece of jewellery.

What you'll be doing

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
n
Demonstrate and explain product features to customers
n
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
n
Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
n
Provide recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their needs
n
Restock and replenish product displays as required
n
Assist with inventory management and cycle counting
n




Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
n

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the jewellery industry
n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customer
n
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation
n
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
n
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
