What You'll Be Doing
You'll help keep the site protected, functional and running smoothly through:
General repairs & preventative maintenanceacross fixtures, fittings, building services and equipment
Waste management and internal/external clean-ups
Contractor engagement & supervision, ensuring compliance with SWMS, permits and site safety
2IC dutiesincluding toolbox talks, safety walks, stock takes, equipment audits and supporting the cleaning team




Responding to client requests, logging work orders and maintaining accurate documentation
Identifying faults, reporting issues and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and safety
Experience inmaintenance, grounds maintenance or handyman work
Ability to workunsupervised, prioritise tasks and meet short deadlines
Strong commitment tosafe work practices, hazard identification, JSA/SWMS
Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
Confidence in identifying maintenance needs and sourcing materials
Current Class C Driver's Licence
