Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
n
Manage balance sheet and profit & loss reporting.
n
Provide technical accounting advice on new products and business initiatives.
n




Support the ongoing development and monitoring of financial control frameworks.
n
Partner with stakeholders across Finance and the broader business to drive best practice and continuous improvement.
n

n

Experience Required:

n

n
A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
n
CA or CPA qualification (or be actively working towards it).
n
Experience in financial reporting or financial control in a financial services, ideally retail banking, workplace.
n
Strong technical accounting knowledge.
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
Financial services experience is highly regarded.
n
Experience working within a large, complex organisation will be viewed favourably.
