Job Description

The Victorian Department of Health is seeking a Manager of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to lead a team dedicated to promoting mental health and wellbeing among diverse communities. You will design, implement and oversee programs delivering equity and inclusion within multicultural, disability, and LGBTIQA+ communities in the health system.

The role requires capacity to exercise sound judgement, liaise with senior executives, and build partnerships beyond health to support reforms.
