Job Description

Martinus Group, an Australian-owned rail construction company, seeks a Senior Estimator to lead estimating for major civil infrastructure bids across the country from Melbourne. You will work with engineering, construction, procurement, and commercial teams to craft competitive, first-principles estimates and pricing strategies for complex projects.

You will coordinate pricing submissions, identify risks and prospects, and mentor junior estimators within a high-performing pre-contracts team.
