Inter Industrial Services is seeking aGuillotine Operatorto work with our client, a leading printing business on acasual basis.
This is a hands-on operational role based in theNorthern Suburbs of Melbourne.
Key responsibilities
Operating a guillotine to cut finished commercial print work
Be able to confidently set programs, change blades and capable of cutting all types of print work
Work within a team of bindery operators and assistants
Follow job bag instructions and direction from the Production Manager
Capable of working independently
What we're looking for
Proven experience operating a Polar and / or Ito guillotine from within the print industry
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work on day shift
A solid understanding of health and safety procedures, particularly regarding machinery operation
Ability to read and interpret job bags
Reliability and punctuality
