About the Role

n

As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide in-home support for older people and help them live safely, confidently, and independently in their own home.

n

Preparing meals and snacks
n
Supporting medication routines
n
Transport to shops and appointments
n
Social support and companionship
n
Encouraging community participation and independence
n

About You

n

n
Available at least 3 days per week
n
Able to work independently and manage your time.
n
Comfortable using a smartphone.
n
Additional languages highly valued (Arabic, Bosnian, Spanish, Cantonese/Mandarin and Italian speakers
n




Certificate III in Individual Support, Community Services, or Aged Care
n
Current driver's licence and a registered, insured vehicle
n
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
n
Validworking rights
n
Paid travel (kilometres)
n
Paid training and ongoing support
n
