The Medical & Dental Temporary Staffing Booking Coordinator provides and effective, high quality administrative and booking service to support temporary staffing across the BSW Hospitals Group. The postholder will primarily coordinate Medical & Dental temporary staffing bookings,ensuring shifts are filled in a timely, compliant and cost-effective manner to support secure service delivery. The role also supports Medical & Dental Bank development activity, including agency-to-bank conversion initiatives and close working with Recruitment to ensure productive attraction, onboarding and deployment of Bank workers.
