n You'll be a technically astute Business Analyst joining this Data Platforms team, supporting the delivery of cloud-native data solutions across the enterprise. You'll play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical execution, translating requirements and enabling scalable, compliant data architectures using Snowflake, AWS S3, and AWS Glue.

Key Responsibilities;

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements for data platform initiatives
n
Work alongside data engineers and architects to shape solution designs and ensure alignment with business goals
n
Analyse source systems, data flows, and transformation logic to support ETL/ELT development and integration
n
Develop and maintain artefacts including BRDs, functional specs, data dictionaries, and mapping documents
n




Support testing and validation of data pipelines, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and performance
n
Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming with cross-functional teams
n
Ensure solutions comply with relevant regulatory and security frameworks
n

To succeed in the role you will have;

n

n
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in data-centric projects
n
Robust understanding of Snowflake, AWS S3, and AWS Glue (hands-on exposure preferred)
n
Ability to interpret and analyse complex datasets, schemas, and transformation logic
n
Experience with SQL for data profiling, validation, and analysis
n
Familiarity with Agile delivery, JIRA/Confluence, and CI/CD environments
n
Excellent communication skills-able to translate technical detail into business values
n
Exposure to other AWS services (e.g., Lambda, Athena, Redshift)
n
Experience in financial services, government, or other regulated industries
