Manning Support Services (MSS) is seeking a full time Care Partner to join our Home Care team in Taree. The role is 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the option of a 9-day fortnight, focusing on case management and care coordination.
You will plan, coordinate and review services, manage budgets, assess risks, and build robust client relationships, ensuring services reflect each client’s choices and rights under the Aged Care Quality Standards.
