About the Role
n
This is a varied role that combines Accounts Payable responsibilities with general finance administration, helping to support the day-to-day operations of our Finance team.
n
Working in a team-oriented environment, you'll play an significant role in ensuring supplier invoices and financial records are processed accurately and efficiently while providing excellent support to both internal stakeholders and suppliers.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n

Processing supplier invoices and accounts payable transactions
n
Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
n
Assisting with supplier reconciliations and payment processing
n
Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation
n
Responding to supplier and internal finance enquiries
n
Assisting with general finance administration and reporting activities
n
Supporting the Finance team with a range of administrative tasks
n
Contributing to continuous improvement of finance processes and systems
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable, Accounts Administration or similar role
n
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
n
Solid organisational and time management skills
n
The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
n
Good communication and interpersonal skills
n
Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
