Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager

Looking for an exciting opportunity in Real Estate? Fitzpatricks Real Estate is seeking a Property Manager and/or Assistant Property Manager to support our high-performing Property Management team.

If interested, you will have the following:

A Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent Certificate) or Statement of Attainment in Real Estate Practice - or willing to obtain
n
Exceptional communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
n
A skilled personal presentation and manner
n
The ability to work both in-office and offsite at managed properties
n
Experience using Microsoft Office suite
n
Robust organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and maintain high attention to detail
n
Australian citizenship, residency, or a valid Australian work permit




n
A cooperative mindset and enjoyment of working within a team
n

n

Ideally, you will also have:

Experience using database software
n
Confidence and proficiency with technology
n
