As a key member of our trade team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality spray painting and refinishing work across a diverse range of vehicles — from prestige dealership cars to major rental fleet repairs and private insurance work.

Key responsibilities
Prep work including sanding, masking and priming
Spray painting of panels and full vehicles to a high standard
Colour matching and blending to factory finish
Applying transparent coats and finishing work
Working efficiently to meet fleet and insurance turnaround times
Maintaining a clean, protected and organised workspace
Communicating with the team on job progress and priorities

About you
Strong colour matching and blending skills
High attention to detail and a pride in your finish
Ability to work at pace without compromising quality
Reliable, punctual and a solid team player
