The Opportunity
n
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Landscaper to join our maintenance division. This role will primarily focus on paving repairs and general maintenance within a commercial sporting precinct, as well as across other client sites.
n
What You'll Do
n
n
Carry out paving works, including grouting and caulking
n
Perform timber deck repairs and maintenance
n
Undertake retaining wall maintenance and repairs
n
Complete concreting works and minor asphalt repairs
n
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across multiple sites
n
Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance requests
n
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
n
Maintain a clean, protected, and compliant worksite in line with WHS requirements
n
Team player with a positive attitude
n
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
n
Solid work ethic and reliability
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Certificate III in Landscape Construction or relative field (desirable)
n
3+ years' hands on experience in landscaping and/or general maintenance (required)
n
Exposure to facilities and commercial settings (desirable)
n
Ability to use mobile apps such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Fergus or similar JMS (desirable)
n
White Card
n
Valid driver's licence
n
