Key Responsibilities

Lead the daily management of the meat department with operational independence.

Prepare and present top-quality meat cuts and smallgoods, maintaining strict food safety compliance.

Produce value-added meat products such as sausages and marinades.

Engage with customers to deliver excellent service and build lasting community relationships.

Design attractive product displays to enhance customer appeal.

Contribute to meeting weekly department sales objectives.
