Europ Assistance Australia and Recent Zealand is seeking a senior leader to provide end-to-end stewardship of the travel insurance portfolio across Claims, Portfolio, Pricing, Product, and Partners.
The role is accountable for portfolio profitability and margin outcomes, early warning indicators, insurer and partner performance management, and translating insights into pricing, underwriting, and product decisions across a multi-brand, multi-partner portfolio.
