Job Description
Jesuit Social Services in Australia seeks an AVAMP Outreach Case Manager on a part time basis (0.8 EFT).
The role provides pre and post-release support, outreach-based case management, and brief intervention to men and women of African background involved with the justice system.
You will work with the Program Lead, perform regular prison visits, and connect participants to housing, mental health, AoD, employment, education and independent living supports.
