Avina is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Elizabeth Vale.
The role delivers evidence-informed, person-centred behaviour support across home, school, clinic and community settings.
You will conduct functional behaviour assessments, develop Behaviour Support Plans, and support participants and families while working with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists.
