Our client is a large NSW Government organisation seeking 4 Recruitment Officers to deliver consistent, high quality and compliant recruitment services across the organisation on a contractual assignment.

n

The role works collaboratively with hiring managers and key stakeholders to coordinate and deliver recruitment activities across multiple streams, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience and the timely progression of recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring, partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.
n
Meet KPIs including time-to-hire, targets, and service level standards as both an individual contributor and team member.
n
Provide advice on recruitment processes, policies and best practice approaches.
n
Prepare and manage recruitment documentation including advertisements, shortlists, interview packs and outcome letters.
n




Respond to and triage recruitment-related enquiries and administrative matters.
n
Maintain HR systems and databases, including accurate records and recruitment reporting.
n
Monitor data integrity, conduct audits and report on recruitment KPIs.
n

Selection Criteria:

n

n
Significant experience in recruitment, including end-to-end recruitment delivery and/or high-volume recruitment administration.
n
Experience coordinating multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines.
n
Understanding of merit-based recruitment, governance, probity and compliant recruitment processes.
n
Robust written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers, candidates and internal stakeholders.
n
Solid organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work.
n
Experience using recruitment or HR systems would be highly regarded.
n
Current NSW C Class Driver Licence.
