We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and enthusiastic Duty Manager to play a key role in leading our operations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

n

Duties include:

n

n
Supervision and co-ordination of all gaming staff, including ongoing training and mentoring
n
Ensuring high customer service standards at all times
n
Ensure all cash room accounting/recording procedures are adhered to at all times
n
Ensure all cash room accounting/recording procedures are adhered to at all times, as well as all compliance standards
n
Motivate and achieve high standards with your team
n
Be hands on, hardworking and enthusiastic
n

n

To be successful in this role you will:

n

n
Must be adaptable and available to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts as required
n
Demonstrate solid leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coach, mentor,



and develop team members through ongoing guidance, training, and support
n
Passionate about delivering exceptional and memorable customer service.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
At least 2 years relevant experience as a Duty Manager or similar role
n
Current Gaming Industry Employee licence
n
Current Responsible Service of Gaming licence (Modules 1 and 2 minimum)
n
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol licence
n
Current DoFoodSafely - VIC certification
n
