Product Development Manager (Natural Health & Supplements) Build products that change lives — from seed to shelf.
This is a rare prospect to lead end-to-end product innovation for one of the world's most advanced, vertically integrated natural health and supplements groups.

You'll sit at the centre of science, strategy and execution — shaping category-defining products, influencing global pipelines, and bringing evidence‐led innovations to market faster and smarter than the competition.

What you'll do
Lead and deliver the product development pipeline across practitioner and consumer brands
Drive on‐time, compliant NPD launches across Australia and selected international markets




Formulate and develop products aligned with TGA, FSANZ and GMP standards
Identify breakthrough product and range opportunities through trends, evidence and competitor insightPartner with regulatory, quality, operations, marketing and global R&D; teams
Build compelling technical and educational narratives for product launches
Lead, mentor and develop a high‐performing technical team
Represent the business at industry forums and with key opinion leaders
What you bring
7 – 12 years in product development / technical management within complementary or natural medicines
Degree in Nutrition, Naturopathy or a related science
Strong knowledge of TGA, FSANZ and PIC/S GMP requirements
Proven ability to manage complex, cross‐functional projects
Commercial curiosity, scientific rigour and exceptional attention to detail
A genuine passion for health, wellness and evidence‐based innovation
