We are seeking Highly Skilled Heavy Plant Operators for long-term, stable roles within the waste management sector. This isn't your standard civil dirt-shifting gig—we need experienced operators who understand the unique pace, compaction requirements, and safety standards of a busy waste facility.

If you can jump into the seat of heavy scrapers, push responsible bulk with a D9, and handle the biggest compactors in the business without breaking a sweat, we want to hear from you.

The Machinery
n
To be successful, you must have proven, verifiable experience operating at least three of the following:
n

Scrapers: Caterpillar 637G & 623E (Dual-engine and elevating experience is essential)
n
Track Dozer: Caterpillar D9 (Bulk pushing, batter work, and waste cell maintenance)
n
Landfill Compactor: Caterpillar 836 / 838 series (The big boys—managing cell compaction and daily cover)
n

What You Need to Bring

Tickets & Experience: Valid RIIMPO tickets (or verified VOCs)
with extensive production hours on the machinery listed above.
n
Waste Industry Know-How: Prior experience working in landfills, waste management facilities, or major resource recovery centers is highly regarded.
n
Safety First Attitude: Waste environments move rapid. You must have a sharp eye for ground crew, spotters, and changing site conditions.

Reliability: A solid work ethic, a clean drug & alcohol screen, and a current driver's license.
