What We Are Looking For
Shalom College, Bundabergseeks applications from suitably qualified established and aspiring leaders to undertake the middle leadership positions of Head of House.
These are Middle Leader positions commencing from January ****, in conjunction with a permanent teaching role at the college.
We seek passionate leaders who will strive for excellence in teaching, administration, professional conduct, relationships with parents and the wider school community and a genuine interest for young people and their learning.
Successful Applicants Will Be Able To Demonstrate

An ability to develop and lead quality teaching and learning practices
A willingness to proactively engage with professional development opportunities to enhance quality pedagogy and student outcomes
An ability to work in collaboration with the Leadership Team and other staff members to contribute to the future planned growth, development and extra-curricular life of the College

Shalom College, Bundabergis a Secondary Catholic College administered by Catholic Education - Diocese of Rockhampton.

Relevant tertiary qualifications and the ability to obtain approved Queensland College of Teachers Registration
