Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Service & Sales

Welcome customers and provide a warm, qualified and engaging in-store experience.
n
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Teddi Lab products.
n
Clearly communicate product benefits, key selling points and current promotions.

Contribute to individual and store sales targets.
n
n
2. Store Operations
n
n
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Concept Store.
n
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
n
Assist with stock replenishment, product organisation and inventory-related tasks.
n
n
n
Follow store procedures, safety requirements and company policies.
n
Support store opening, closing and other general operational duties as required.
n
n
3. Brand & Product Presentation
n
n
Maintain product displays, promotional materials, testers and samples.
n
Ensure products and displays are presented in line with Teddi Lab's brand standards.
n
Support in-store campaigns, promotions, events and customer engagement activities.
n
Act as a brand ambassador and communicate Teddi Lab's wellness and lifestyle positioning to customers.
n
Develop strong product knowledge and communicate product information accurately and responsibly.
n

4. Team Collaboration

Contribute to a positive, professional and supportive team environment.
n
Share relevant customer feedback, product insights and sales observations with the team.

Assist with other reasonable store duties as required.

Requirements
n
n
Previous experience in retail, customer service or sales is preferred.
n
Friendly, confident and professional communication skills.
n
Strong customer service and sales mindset.
n
Reliable, punctual and responsible.
n
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn about wellness, lifestyle and supplement products.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods.
