Total Mobile Mechanical Services is growing, and we're looking for aCustomer Service Advisorto join our team.
This is a key role in our business.
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and the link between them and our workshop team.
From booking a vehicle in to handing the keys back, you'll make sure our customers are kept informed, looked after and confident their vehicle is in good hands.
If you're naturally good with people, highly organised and like being in the middle of a busy workplace, this could be a great fit.
What you'll be doing
No two days will be exactly the same.
You'll:
Welcome customers and answer phone and email enquiries
Book vehicles and coordinate the workshop diary
Talk customers through servicing and repair requirements
Keep customers updated while their vehicle is with us
Follow up quote approvals
Liaise with technicians, customers and suppliers
Coordinate parts and follow up outstanding orders
Assist in preparation of invoices and process payments
Keep customer and job information up to date
Help make sure jobs move smoothly through the workshop
Most importantly, you'll make sure our customers receive the level of service we'd expect ourselves.
Who are we looking for?
We're hiring for the person, not just the resume.
You might already be a Service Advisor or have automotive experience.
Great.
But you might also come from customer service, reception, administration,



retail, equipment hire, trade supply or another busy service workplace.
What matters to us is that you:

Communicate clearly and keep people informed
Are organised and comfortable juggling priorities

Stay calm when things get busy
Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems

Automotive knowledge is an advantage,but it isn't essential.
We'll teach the right person our systems, processes and the technical side they need to know.
