What You'll Be Doing:

n

Every day in this role is different, and you'll be learning hands-on. Key responsibilities include:

n

n
Assisting with leasing processes, from advertising to application




n
Attending open homes and conducting routine inspections
n
Completing entry and exit condition reports
n
Providing updates and feedback to the Senior Property Manager
n
Helping with property management administration and client support
n

n

What We're Looking For:

n

We're after someone who's proactive, presentable, and eager to grow. The right person will bring:

n
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
n
Confident communication and outstanding customer service skills
n
Full time availability (Tuesday to Saturday)
n
A current QLD driver's license
n
Full working rights in Australia
n
QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or Full Licence)
n

n

12+ months of industry experience is highly desirable but not essential
