You will work across a broad range of commercial property matters, acting for developers, investors, landlords and corporate clients. This role has been created due to continued growth within the firm's property practice.

Duties

n

Manage commercial property acquisitions and disposals
n
Draft and negotiate retail and commercial leases
n
Manage complex commercial conveyancing matters
n
Prepare and review contracts and transaction documents
n
Conduct due diligence for property transactions
n
Advise on development and subdivision matters
n
Negotiate with solicitors and key stakeholders throughout transactions
n

The Candidate

n

n
3+ years' PQE in commercial property law
n
Strong experience in commercial property transactions and leasing
n
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
n
Ability to manage matters independently
n
Commercially minded with robust attention to detail
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
