About the Role
n
As our Senior Administration & Customer Service Officer, you'll be at the heart of business operations, providing essential administrative, financial and customer service support across a diverse range of programs and projects.
n
This is a varied and hands‐on role that requires great organisational and communication skills. You'll work closely with staff, managers and customers to ensure our services run smoothly and efficiently.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing contracts and procurement activities through our project management system.
n
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
n
Coordinating the Western LLS fleet and associated administration.
n
Maintaining training records and providing systems training support.
n
Managing records and information in accordance with organisational requirements.
n
Assisting with asset administration and other business support activities.
n
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and efficient business processes.
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys contributing to team success. You will bring:

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Excellent administration, communication and customer service skills.
n
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Confidence working across a range of systems, processes and projects.
n
A collaborative approach and positive team mindset.

A current NSW Driver Licence.
n

Experience in government, business services, finance administration or a similar environment will be highly regarded.
