Lead Data Engineers
to deliver up-to-date enterprise data platforms supporting analytics, reporting, AI and machine learning outcomes within a major Federal Government environment.
This is a hands-on senior role with opportunities across
Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric
.
Key Skills
Strong
Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric
experience
PySpark, Spark SQL, Python and SQL
Delta Lake, Lakehouse and Medallion architectures
Databricks Workflows and
Unity Catalog
Azure Data Factory and ADLS Gen2
Enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration
Data modelling, quality, lineage and governance
Git, Azure DevOps,
CI/CD and automated testing




Experience supporting analytics, AI or ML workloads
Technical leadership and stakeholder engagement
What We're Looking For
You will have recent hands-on experience designing and delivering
enterprise-scale data engineering solutions
, with the ability to independently lead technical outcomes while remaining actively involved in engineering and development.
Location:
ACT, NSW, VIC or QLD - Canberra based 3 days per week strong preference.
