GTB Aries is looking for a friendly and motivated Administration Officer to join our team in Brendale.

This is a varied administration role where no two days are necessarily the same. You'll be working alongside our team to provide day-to-day administrative support, assist customers and suppliers, and help keep the office running efficiently.

We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable and confident , with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include but not limited:
Providing general administration and office support
Answering phones and responding to emails
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Preparing paperwork and documentation
Assisting with invoicing and accounts administration
Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal staff
Scheduling and coordinating jobs where required
Filing and maintaining office records
General office duties and keeping things organised
Supporting the wider team as required
Safety & Quality Assurance data entry assistance





About You

We're looking for someone who:
Has previous administration or office experience
Is organised and has good attention to detail
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise their workload
Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
Works well independently as well as part of a team
Has a friendly and professional manner
Is willing to learn and get involved
