Job Description
Laminex, part of the Fletcher Building Group, seeks a Plant Accountant to drive performance across Ballarat and Bathurst sites.
You will partner with manufacturing leaders to deliver commercial insight, improve decision-making and strengthen site accountability.
This role blends finance with operations, requires CPA/CA, ERP experience (SAP/BPCS) and advanced Excel/Power BI, with a robust focus on cost control, budgets, CAPEX and continuous improvement.
