Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from early concept through to construction
n
Collaborate with the design team and push design limits
n
Coordinate with consultants and clients
n




Produce documentation and detailing packages
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
Capable project leadership skills
n
AutoCAD and SketchUp skills essential
n
Strong portfolio of relevant projects demonstrating an understanding of documentation and detailing
n
Previous experience in Hospitality projects, pubs/clubs etc
n
Good knowledge of the BCA and local construction practices
n
A passion for architecture and interiors, keen eye for detail and enthusiastic attitude
n
