Job Description
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Systems Engineer. In this role, you will provide senior technical expertise across core infrastructure, cloud platforms and enterprise systems.

You will be responsible for maintaining business-critical environments while contributing to infrastructure uplift, cloud adoption, security improvements and ongoing operational excellence.
n
This is a hands-on engineering position that combines BAU support, project delivery and technical leadership.

Key Skills & Responsibilities
n
n
Demonstrated experience in Systems Engineering within medium to large enterprise environments
n
Support and enhance our Microsoft infrastructure across on-premises and Azure environments.
n
Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD and core infrastructure services.
n




Robust experience across Azure cloud services
n
Experience supporting VMware, ESXi and virtualisation platforms
n
Experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune
n
Strengthen infrastructure security through identity and access management, vulnerability remediation and system hardening.
n
Perform infrastructure maintenance, patching and lifecycle management.
n
Provide Level 3 technical support and participate in the on-call roster.
n
Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Chef or Puppet)
n
Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages
n
Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills
