The Role:
n
As a key member of our clinical team, you will work closely with our GPs to deliver comprehensive primary care services. This is a diverse role covering everything from acute triage to chronic disease management. Four to five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Clinical Care: Wound management, immunisations, ECGs, spirometry, and assisting with minor surgical procedures.
n
Chronic Disease Management: Developing and maintaining GP Management Plans (GPMPs) and Team Care Arrangements (TCAs).
n
Triage: Assessing acute presentations and managing the flow of the treatment room.
n
Cold Chain Management: Ensuring the integrity of our vaccine fridge and stock.
n
Health Promotion:



Conducting health assessments for our aging population.
n

About You:
n
n
Current AHPRA Registration (RN ).
n
General Practice experience is highly preferred.
n
Proficiency in Best Practice (BP) software is a significant advantage.
n
Strong understanding of the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) related to nursing items.
n
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient rapport and teamwork.
n
A proactive attitude toward clinical governance and accreditation standards.
n
