Key Responsibilities

Provide strong, values-driven leadership as Centre Director, in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
n
Lead and mentor a large, culturally diverse team of passionate early childhood educators
n
Ensure high standards of compliance, health & safety, and best practice are consistently met
n
Foster strong, cooperative relationships with families and the community,



reflecting the centre's culturally diverse population
n
Maintain documentation, rosters, and staff training to support smooth centre operations
n
Manage centre budgets, financials, and business performance with strong commercial acumen
n
Work closely with the approved provider to meet business and regulatory goals
n

About You To be successful in this role, you will need:
n
n
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
n
Current NSW Working With Children Check
n
Proven experience as a Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor
n
Strong financial acumen and business management skills, with confidence overseeing budgets and centre performance
n
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and regulatory requirements
n
Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a culturally diverse team
n
A genuine passion for early years education and creating a safe, nurturing environment
n
