Job Description
NGS Super is seeking a Service Delivery Consultant to be the first point of contact for proactive member engagement, delivering personalised, phone-based support to members, employers and advisers. You will conduct end-to-end case management and run outbound campaigns to drive resolutions and positive outcomes.
