Tier 1 National Commercial Builder

Our client is a well-known Tier 1 Commercial Builder and a key player within the Victorian Data Centre construction sector.
n
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to secure an experienced MEP Commissioning Manager for ongoing projects in the Western & Northern suburbs. This is a full time position with the business.
n
Candidates from Main Contracting, Commissioning or Tier 1 Mechanical or Electrical contracting backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Commissioning of building services across hyperscale data centre projects
n
Managing and witnessing testing, commissioning, and handover processes
n
Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and client teams
n
Reviewing documentation, test plans, and commissioning procedures
n
Supporting defect resolution and operational readiness
n
n
About You:
n
n
Essential qualifications: Trade or Engineering background (Electrical or Mechanical).
n




Sound understanding of Mechanical and Electrical MEP services alongside leading the delivery of critically complex construction experience.
n
Background in data centres, critical environments, or complex commercial / Infrastructure projects.
n
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a project team
n
